CREATING CONDITIONS FOR LEARNING MOTIVATION IN INITIAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

To study the features of the formation of learning motivation in students within the primary vocational education system and to develop effective approaches for enhancing the motivational component of the educational process. The methods used included questionnaires, testing based on the methodology of A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin, pedagogical observation, and statistical data analysis. The main influencing factors are examined, among which are the educational environment, the professional orientation of the training, the application of modern pedagogical technologies, an individualized approach, and the use of digital educational resources. Special attention is paid to the teacher's role in developing students' cognitive interest, professional self-determination, and active engagement in learning. The study involved 245 students from vocational educational institutions.
