Script to remove SNPs only polymorphic relative to the genome. This was used to remove SNPs when aligning Capra ibex RADseq to the Capra domestica genome.本脚本用于移除仅相对于参考基因组呈现多态性的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）。该脚本曾应用于将羱羊（Capra ibex）的限制性位点相关DNA测序（Restriction-site Associated DNA sequencing, RADseq）数据比对至家山羊（Capra domestica）参考基因组时的SNP筛选环节。
