Code and effect-size derivation log for the MetaKero meta-analysis of urbanization and anuran diversity

This record contains the final R script and supporting files used for the MetaKero meta-analysis on urbanization and anuran diversity. Files include the final analysis script, summary output, R session information, a README, and an effect-size derivation log documenting how Pearson’s r values were derived for the studies included in the quantitative synthesis. This record is provided to support reproducibility of the analyses reported in the manuscript.
