Data for the electronic pituitary omics platform

This repository contains all data related to the electronic pituitary omics database and the Consensus Pituitary Atlas. epitome platform files: data.tar.gz - contains all non sc data to run the website sc_data.tar.gz - contains some rna datasets sufficient to run the website sc_atac_data.tar.gz - contains some atac datasets sufficient to run the website CPA files: atac_all_cells.h5ad - contains all ATAC cells rna_non_wt_cells.h5ad - contains all non-wt/non-ctrl cells with RNA data wt_adata_merged_post_scvi_0902.h5ad - contains all wt/ctrl cells with RNA data With each version of the database, the underlying data will be updated and pushed here. If the website every fails to be maintained on our end, this is a potential way for the community to restore the data without it being lost. In principle, using the published code and this data repository, one could re-host the website anytime. For citation, please do not cite this repository (unless there is a very good reason) - rather cite the source publication or the epitome Zenodo code repository.
