Dataset from Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Fluconazole in Children Supported with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation

Evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of intravenous fluconazole in children supported with ECMO who may benefit from fluconazole prophylaxis.This is a prospective, open-label, single center, PK study of fluconazole in children <= 17.85 years of age supported with ECMO. There will be up to 36 subjects enrolled; each will receive fluconazole. The patients will be divided in 3 groups based on age: 0-30 days; 31 days-1 year; >1 year-17 years.
