Normalisation factors of reactivity profiles for MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, in virio, post extraction and post reassembly.Normalisation factors are taken as averages over reactivity profiles which have been generated from capillary electrophoresis (CE) traces of footprinted samples, analysed using the BoXFP software package.Each file contains normalisation factors for each of the preprocessing windows employed by the BoXFP software packageThe primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files.
