TCGA-LUAD

Tcga-luad数据集是一个肺癌图像数据集，全称是癌症基因组图谱肺腺癌，其中包含69位患者共48931张图像，数据集来自癌症数据计划癌症基因组图谱 (TCGA)，其中针对各类癌症的诊断和治疗过程进行全程数字化跟踪，并以数字文件的形式记录检查结果、处方和疗效。
Tcga-luad数据集由癌症成像档案馆TCIA 2016年发布，相关论文包括 “来自癌症基因组图谱肺腺癌 [tcga-luad] 集合的放射学数据”。

The TCGA-LUAD dataset is a lung cancer imaging dataset, whose full name is The Cancer Genome Atlas Lung Adenocarcinoma. It contains 48,931 images from 69 patients. The dataset is sourced from the Cancer Data Initiative's The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) program, which digitally tracks the entire diagnostic and treatment processes of various cancers, and records examination results, prescriptions and therapeutic efficacy in digital documents. The TCGA-LUAD dataset was released by the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) in 2016, and its relevant paper is titled "Radiological Data from the TCGA-LUAD Collection of The Cancer Genome Atlas Lung Adenocarcinoma".
