资源简介:
Ammonia is a common toxicant in aquaculture water, exerting adverse effects on the growth and reproduction of aquatic animals, especially bivalves. Coelomactra antiquata is a marine bivalve with high nutritional and economic value, however, data on its toxic responses and coping mechanisms to ammonia nitrogen remain scarce. In this study, we evaluated the ammonia tolerance of C. antiquata and explored its response mechanisms through a combined analysis of histophysiology, transcriptomics, and metabolomics.
