DNA-seq of wildtype, control and dDP depleted Drosophila larval fatbodies (includes wildtype midgut and diploid tissues)

Loss of dDP upregulates dATM, allowing cells to sense and repair DNA damage, and increasing replication of loci that are normally under-replicated in wild-type tissues. DNA-seq was used to detect copy number variation between dDP depleted and controls fatbodies. Previously described underreplicated regions were confirmed by comparing the copy number variation between wildtype endocycling (fatbodies and midgut) and Diploid tissues (CNS and imaginal discs).
