Replication Data for: Tested Dataset of 10W, 40W, 80W and 250W Photovoltaic Modules under Aging Condition

Four datasets of aged photovoltaic modules, 10W, 40W, 80W and 250W are tested and their corresponding electrical parameters are presented in this work. The experimentation has been done in a solar manufacturer company, Electro Solar Ltd. The photovoltaic modules are around four years of aged in outdoor weather conditions. Therefore, a nonuniform ageing has been done.本研究针对10W、40W、80W及250W四种规格的老化光伏组件（photovoltaic modules）开展测试，并给出其对应的电气参数。本次实验在太阳能制造企业Electro Solar Ltd.内完成。这批光伏组件已在户外自然环境中老化约四年，因此存在非均匀老化现象。
