PHIDU - Potentially Preventable Admissions - Chronic Conditions (LGA) 2014-2015

This dataset, released December 2017, contains data on the number of Potentially preventable hospitalisations - Chronic conditions, 2014/15. The data is by Local Government Area (LGA) 2016 geographic boundaries.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/data-archive/sha-aust/2015-onwards/phidu_data_sources_notes_2017.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU using data from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, supplied on behalf ofState and Territory health departments for 2014/15; and the average of the ABS Estimated Resident Population, 30June 2014 and 2015.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlases-of-australia-local-government-areas). Data that was not shown/not applicable/not published/not available for the specific area ('#', '..', '^', 'np, 'n.a.', 'n.y.a.' in original PHIDU data) was removed.It has been replaced by by Blank cells. 本数据集发布于2017年12月，收录了2014/2015财年慢性病相关可预防住院人次的统计数据，数据以2016年地理边界划定的地方政府区域（Local Government Area, LGA）为统计单元。

数据来源：本数据集由公共卫生信息开发单元（Public Health Information Development Unit, PHIDU）编制，数据来源于澳大利亚卫生与福利研究所（Australian Institute of Health and Welfare），该数据由澳大利亚各州及领地卫生部门代为提供，覆盖2014/2015财年；同时整合了澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）2014年6月30日与2015年6月30日的估计常住人口平均值。
