The data was collected on 19 June 2026.Four types of resources are surveyed: journal articles, books, book parts and conference papers. The dataset includes publication data collected come from the institutional Open Access repository FOLIA, from the « Système d'Information de la Recherche » (institutional bibliography only with mentions of OA elsewhere included), and from Open Alex, underlying the reported absolute figures for the Repository monitor survey in 2026.Records consists of four CSV files for each reported year, and a README .txt. ##Naming conventions for filesFor CSV file: reportedYear_repo-data_dataset_institutionShort_dateOfCreationFor README: Description_of_dataset_InstitutionShort_City_survey_2026 ##Files structure descriptionFor each reported year the CSV file contain 14 columns: title, creator_affiliation (ROR id), id, creator, doi, ISSN, ISBN, pub_date (publication date), published_in, document_type (type of ressources such as journal articles, books, book parts or conference papers), oa_basic (Open Access status such as open or closed content), oa_advanced (OA types, such as “Hybrid”, “Green”, “Gold”).
