Medical Indemnity National Collection (Private sector).All claim records required to be reported by MIIs to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) are required to be reported to the AIHW, along with a small number of claims that pertain to when the MIIs were organised as medical defence organisations. The reporting MIIs have changed over time due to business combinations and the entry of a new MII (In vivo) in 2005-06 (subsequently combined with Medical Insurance Group Australia in 2012-13).

医疗赔偿全国数据集（私营部门）。所有需由医疗赔偿保险公司（Medical Indemnity Insurers，MIIs）向澳大利亚审慎监管局（Australian Prudential Regulation Authority，APRA）报送的理赔记录，均需同步报送至澳大利亚健康与福利研究所（Australian Institute of Health and Welfare，AIHW）；同时还需纳入少量与该类保险公司曾以医疗防卫组织形式运营相关的理赔记录。由于业务合并，以及2005-2006年度新增的一家医疗赔偿保险公司（In vivo，该机构于2012-2013年度与澳大利亚医疗保险集团（Medical Insurance Group Australia）合并），承担报送义务的医疗赔偿保险公司主体曾随时间发生变更。
