Data underlying PhD thesis chapter: Co-optimization of the genetic and molecular compositions of a synthetic cell

Data underlying Chapter 5 of the PhD thesis of Marijn van den Brink with the title: "Laboratory evolution of synthetic cells".<br>This dataset contains data collected during experiments as part of Marijn van den Brink's PhD project. The data was collected in 2025-2026.<br>The raw data includes data from nanopore sequencing, microscopy, gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry. All data processing and analysis steps are described in detail in the Methods section of the chapter.<br>The data are grouped in folders based on three levels. First, by the data type. Second, by the figure number in the chapter. Third, data are divided into raw and processed subfolders.<br>Code or other files used to process the data are stored in the "code" or "processed data" folders.
