Output of Stacks2 populations for GBS data of largemouth bass and hybrids

Output of Stacks2 populations program for genotype-by-sequencing data in 144 samples, representing Northern Largemouth Bass (<i>Micropterus salmoides</i>), diverged Largemouth Bass from the Mobile-Tensaw Delta (<i>M. salmoides</i>), Florida Bass (<i>M. floridanus</i>), and their hybrids. GBS was done with the PstI enzyme and mapped to a draft Florida Bass genome (NCBI GenBank #NRCI01000000.1). Samples were grouped by predetermined largemouth bass lineages, NB=Northern Largemouth Bass, DB=Delta Largemouth Bass, FB=Florida Bass, ILMB=Intergrade largemouth bass.
