sequences of Derris trifoliata

Derris trifoliata is the associated liana species of mangroves in China, and its rapid dispersal is threatening mangrove survival. The entwining of D. trifoliata in the mangrove canopy results in mangrove death owing to competition for environmental factors, such as light, nutrients, and space. However, there is limited research on D. trifoliata. Here, 120 D. trifoliata samples were collected from Nansha District, Yangjiang City, and Zhanjiang City, and they were used to develop single nucleotide polymorphic markers using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing technology.
