Transcriptomic analysis of human iPSC-derived PDX1+ pancreatic progenitor cells engrafted in Pdx1-deficient mice

This study presents RNA-seq data from human iPSC-derived PDX1-positive pancreatic progenitor cells before and after differentiation (n=4 each), as well as from the duodenum of Pdx1-deficient mice with (n=10) or without (n=4) engraftment of these human cells. The primary goal of the RNA-seq analysis is to elucidate the transcriptomic changes during the differentiation of human iPSCs into pancreatic progenitor cells and to investigate the gene expression profiles of the engrafted human cells in the mouse duodenum.
