Dataset containing a full list of the fish species recorded on seagrasses by the present literature, by reporting each observation associated with: Mediterranean ecoregion, the reference FAO zone and GFCM Area, site and geographic location, season, year and sampling method, habitat composition and substrate, life stage, latitude and longitude of each location and bibliographic information.
