Basic characteristics of transcription and expression of mRNA transcriptome (mRNAome) and lncRNA transcriptome (lncRNAome) in rat cortical tissue of MCAO 2 h / R 24 h model

We used deep sequencing technology to find out the basic characteristics of the transcription and expression of the mRNA transcriptome (mRNAome) and lncRNA transcriptome (lncRNAome) in the rat cortical tissue of MCAO 2 h / R 24 h model. Then, we used it to obtain the basic data of mRNAome and lncRNAome structural variation and gene expression in response to cerebral hypoxic-ischemic stress. Structural variation and gene expression profile of mRNAome and lncRNAome from RNA-seq data of rat cerebral cortex in Sham group and MCAO 2 h / R 24 h group.
