Supporting data for manuscript "Enamel and Dentin Segmentation of Murine μ-CT Scans via Deep Learning", currently under review. The link for the paper will be added upon acceptance. This repository includes all data to reproduce the findings and results: dataset of 248 murine μ-CT Scans, along with their reference standard segmentations, in the nnU-Net format spreadsheet with the dataset characteristics 4 spreadsheets with the raw results for the metrics analyzed: DSC, NSD, volume and mineral density measurement The trained nnU-Net model is shared in another repository: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19612302
