VPRS 1220 Register Of Audit Commissioners Acquittances To The Treasurers Payments

This series consists of bound volumes containing acquittances form the Commissioners of Audit to the Treasurer, certifying that they have examined accounts in support of payments authorised by Treasurer out of the Public account, and discharging all responsibility and liability on account of such payments.There are a number of gaps within the sequence of volumes in custody. The existence of volumes outside the date range currently held by PROV is unknown.

本系列包含装订成册的卷宗，内附审计委员会专员（Commissioners of Audit）致国库司库的多份结清凭证。该等凭证用以证明，审计专员们已审核用于佐证国库司库从公共账户核准拨付款项的相关账目，并解除与该等款项相关的全部责任与义务。现有馆藏的卷宗序列中存在多处缺失。PROV当前馆藏日期范围之外的卷宗是否存世，目前尚不明确。
