Most annoying things at drugstores in Poland 2018

In 2018, when shopping for color cosmetics in drugstores, the lack of available testers was the most annoying for female customers in Poland. Nearly every second respondent complained about the crowd in drugstores. However, almost 71 percent of Polish women expressed their annoyance towards the staff working in drugstores.
