Peru Klebsiella pneumoniae AMR meta-analysis dataset, 2003–2021

This repository contains the curated, study-level dataset used in a systematic review and random-effects meta-analysis of third-generation cephalosporin (3GC) resistance in clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Peruvian healthcare facilities (2003–2021). Data were extracted from published studies and include aggregated counts (numerator/denominator) by study and specimen type, alongside key covariates used for meta-regression (calendar year, specimen type, and ESBL prevalence when available). No individual-level patient data are included.
