The data was obtained through the fusion and inversion of multi-source remote sensing images (including Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, etc.) and field-measured quadrat data, and rice yield was estimated using a combination of crop growth models and machine learning methods. After spatial registration and rasterization processing, the results form a high-precision spatial pattern of rice yield, which can be applied to regional grain yield assessment, precision agricultural management, and remote sensing monitoring model validation. The data is stored in GeoTIFF format, which can be directly loaded and analyzed in geographic information software such as ArcGIS Pro, and is openly shared.
