Transcriptional profiling of TP53-proficient and deficient PCNAWT/WT;FancG+/+ (WT) and PCNAK164R/K164R;FancG-/- (DM) MEFs

We studied the role of TP53 in WT and DM MEFs. Here, we generated RNA-seq data from primary and p53kd mefs from two independent clones each for WT and DM mefs. Transcriptional changes in Primary WT and DM were compared. A similar comparison was made from TP53kd MEFs. Three technical replicates from two independent clones for each condition were analysed for differential gene expression.
