The following release is a data bundle containing data, metadata and documentation for the internship research project carried out by Zuppa J. as part of the Master in Data Management and Curation at the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA). The project consisted in the development of a reusable data-processing tool to extract and analyze Data Availability Statements and Code Availability Statements in high-energy physics scientific publications.The release includes:

Text files of publications

Artifact files (i.e. extracted sections, normalized sections, embeddings)

CSV registries containing metadata on all pipeline artifacts for different software versions

Manifests for the artifacts and files including attribution information and licenses

Classification schemata used in the pipeline

Manual annotations used for validating classification outputs

Descriptive statistics of the data output

Figures generated from the data output

General documentation of the project

A data notice giving information on licenses

A checksum file for verifying correct download

A README describing the content of the bundle

A SOURCE_FILES_README providing information about the release and download of source files (i.e. PDFs of the analyzed publications), necessary since source files are not included in this bundle and are instead shared in a different release
