Integrated Finance-Based Scheduling for Construction Projects Using Alternative Financing and Frontloading

This dataset contains the numerical input and output data supporting the manuscript entitled “Integrated Finance-Based Scheduling for Construction Projects Using Alternative Financing and Frontloading.” The shared material includes activity and CPM network data, direct-cost information, contractual and cost parameters, financing-method parameters, scenario definitions, comparative scenario results, and the detailed borrowing, repayment, and financing-cost schedule used in the illustrative case study. The mathematical formulations, assumptions, and computational procedures are described in the associated manuscript. The dataset is provided to support transparency, verification, and independent implementation of the reported analyses. The implementation source code and VBA-based optimization model are not included.
