Most effective channels to find a new job in the Netherlands 2019

As of 2019, using acquaintances and the own network was the most effective way of finding new employment opportunities in the Netherlands. Over a fifth of people surveyed in 2019 indicated that they found a new job through their network or acquaintances, while just two percent of respondents found a new employer through their school or university.
