资源简介:
These are the original EPG recordings of Diaphorina citri (Hemiptera: Liviidae) also known as the Asian citrus psyllid, the vector of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus, the putative causal agent of Huanglongbing in citrus. Each recording consists of four insects. Reading these files requires a free program: Windaq waveform browser. User manual: https://www.dataq.com/resources/pdfs/manuals/windaq_software.pdf Software: https://www.dataq.com/products/windaq/ The AD converter used was model DI-710 sold by Dataq (same company that wrote the software) set to record each channel 100 times per second. Turning these files into quantitative data also requires the above program and many hours manually going through each recording and interpreting the waveforms. The EPG monitor supports recording four insects at once. However, for each insect there are two channels: the raw data is the first channel. This signal is processed to reduce noise and recorded in the second channel. Only the raw signal was needed in analyzing these recordings. The filtered signal in these recordings is a backup in case there are problems interpreting the raw signal. Recordings are slightly less than 24 h each.
