TORUS_2019: NOAA P-3 Video Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains the videos from the left, right, nose, and downward pointing cameras that were on-board the NOAA P-3 aircraft for flights over the plains region of the United States during the TORUS_2019 (Targeted Observation by Radars and UAS of Supercells 2019) field season. The videos are in Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) and mp4 (MPEG-4) format.本数据集涵盖美国国家海洋和大气管理局（NOAA）P-3型航空器在2019年超级单体雷达与无人机系统靶向观测（TORUS_2019）野外作业季期间，于美国大平原地区执行飞行任务时，由机载左置、右置、机头指向及朝下摄像头采集的视频素材。上述视频采用动态图像专家组（MPEG）及MP4（MPEG-4）格式封装。
