资源简介:

These supporting data originate from 24 soil profiles in the Šumava Mountains (Czech Republic), representing a soil development gradient from Eutric Cambisols to Albic Podzols. The dataset includes aggregated physicochemical and hydrological properties of the selected soil horizon groups (A/AE/E, Bws, Bs/Bhs, BC and C). The data comprise soil water content at fixed matric potentials from −0.1 to −1500 kPa, total organic carbon, total nitrogen, particle-size distribution, and selected Al, Fe, Si and Mn forms. Summary data include mean, median, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The dataset supports analyses of relationships between soil development and water retention, including the role of soil horizon as a predictor of soil hydraulic properties.
