Adaptive Field Topology_ReproducibilityPackage

This repository provides the reproducibility package for the study “Adaptive Field Topology.” The package contains simulation and analysis tools for investigating a co-evolving dynamical network model in which a scalar field evolves together with an adaptive connectivity structure. The framework is relational in formulation and is designed for large-scale numerical exploration of constitutive network dynamics without assuming a fixed background geometry. Included in this archive are simulation scripts, analysis utilities, configuration files, and example workflows supporting independent execution of the model and examination of its dynamical behavior across multiple regimes. The package is intended to support methodological transparency, reproducibility, and further exploration of adaptive field–topology dynamics in large-scale network systems.
