In Silico Trial Simulation with Artificial Intelligence-Generated Synthetic Control Cohorts Reproduces Results of a Randomized Controlled Trial in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This dataset contains 10,000 synthetic acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients generated from 1,377 patients enrolled in randomized controlled trials and the real-world German Study Alliance Leukemia registry using the TabPFN-v2.5 tabular foundation model. In addition, a data dictionary describing all variables included in the synthetic dataset is also provided.
