Enviromics data: File S1_envdat.txt

Data files used in Resende, RT et al. 2019. <b>Enviromics in breeding: applications and perspectives of envirotypic assisted prediction</b>. Submitted.<br><b>File <i>S1_envdat.txt</i>:</b> Simulated envirotypic marker data. Fifty trials were randomly allocated to a square area covered 10,000 pixels (rows). Data for external environmental variables that could potentially affect yield in the area were simulated. One hundred overlapping rasters (columns) corresponding to climate and landscape-based environmental attributes (ENV) containing envirotypic information were simulated, each raster corresponding to a grid of all 10,000 pixels in the area, i.e. an enviromic marker.<br>
