RNASeq of Drosophila intestinal progenitor cells upon Notch knockdown or microbiome alterations

We sequenced the transcriptome of the proliferative progenitor cells of the intestine to determine how the microbiome was affecting growth in wild-type intestines and those with Notch-deficient tumors A total of 6 conditions and 17 samples were analyzed. For each condition, we used 3 biological replicates, except for the Gfesgts where an n=2 was used due to the loss of one sample upon RNA extraction.
