Identification of red peel related genes in ‘Zaosu Red’ pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai White Pear Group). Pyrus x bretschneideri cultivar:"Zaosu", "Zaosu Red", "Kuala pear"

‘Zaosu Red’ is a red mutant of ‘Zaosu’ which is a widely cultivated pear cultivar in China. To identify the red peel related genes, the leaves and peels of "Zaosu Red", "Zaosu", "Kuala pear" and the F1 plants of "Kuala pear" × "Zaosu Red" were collected for whole-genome and transcriptome sequencing by combining bulked segregant analysis in this project.
