Article 90 of the Articles of Association, contained in the Schedule of the Gas and Fuel Corporation Act 1950 (No. 5507) states that the Board shall cause minutes to be entered into books provided for the purpose:*Of all appointments of officers*The names of the Directors present at each meeting of the Board and at any meeting of any Committee of Directors* Of all orders made by the Board and any such Committee* Of all resolutions and proceedings of general meetings and of meetings of the Board and any CommitteeBoard minutes were created and maintained at the corporate level of the Gas and Fuel Corporation.P1 Consignment:Minutes from 19.12.1950 to 26.01.1979 are contained in large volumes.
