VPRS 16574 Board Minutes

Article 90 of the Articles of Association, contained in the Schedule of the Gas and Fuel Corporation Act 1950 (No. 5507) states that the Board shall cause minutes to be entered into books provided for the purpose:*Of all appointments of officers*The names of the Directors present at each meeting of the Board and at any meeting of any Committee of Directors* Of all orders made by the Board and any such Committee* Of all resolutions and proceedings of general meetings and of meetings of the Board and any CommitteeBoard minutes were created and maintained at the corporate level of the Gas and Fuel Corporation.P1 Consignment:Minutes from 19.12.1950 to 26.01.1979 are contained in large volumes. The minutes are presented in a compressed formP2 Consignment:This consignment is an alternative set of minutes, possibly a working set that were then presented in a compressed form (see P1 consignment). Their purpose is subject to further research.

《1950年燃气与燃料公司法》（编号5507）附表所收录的公司章程第90条规定，董事会须将会议记录记入专为该用途设置的簿册，具体涵盖以下事项：
* 所有职员的任命事项
* 董事会历次会议及各董事委员会会议的出席董事姓名
* 董事会及各该委员会作出的所有指令
* 股东大会、董事会及各委员会会议的所有决议与议事过程

董事会会议记录由燃气与燃料公司的企业层级负责编制与留存。

批次1（P1）：收录1950年12月19日至1979年1月26日的会议记录，以大型卷册形式存储，该批记录采用压缩格式呈现。

批次2（P2）：本批次为另一套会议记录，或为曾采用压缩格式（参见批次1（P1））的工作副本，其具体用途尚待进一步研究。
