Data for: Utility Approaches to Evaluating the Effectiveness of Consumer Confidence Reports

This dataset contains responses to a survey sent to AWWA member utilities (primarily drinking water utilities, but many combined water-wastewater systems and those offering other services alongside drinking water) from June 25 to July 23, 2018. There are 240 responses representing a cumulative population served of over 48 million customers. A series of questions (described on following tab) discuss utility uses of the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for purposes beyond regulatory compliance, as well as related topics such as use of electronic delivery and issues surrounding potential future changes to the CCR. This data is not human subjects research.
