We performed CRISPR-knockout screens in primary human CD4+ T cells to interrogate roughly 2,000 host genes targeted by the PIKA guide RNA library (library reported in Ohainle et al., 2018 eLife) for their ability to inhibit HIV-1 infection. Screens were performed in two donors (Donor 1, Donor 2) with two HIV-1 strains (Q23.BG505, LAI) for a total of four CRISPR screens, which were run in technical duplicate. We utilized the HIV-CRISPR screening approach (Ohainle et al, 2018 eLife) which requires deep sequencing of genomic DNA (gDNA) and viral RNA (vRNA) for each screen. Therefore, there are 16 sequencing files in this dataset.
