Understanding how hepatic transcripts respond to lipid-rich diets is essential for defining mechanisms that maintain lipid homeostasis. The wild-type (C57BL/6) male and female mice were fed with different lipid-rich dietary conditions including a chow diet, high-fat diet (HFD), and Western diet (WD) for two weeks or four weeks. Liver samples were used for RNA sequencing.
