The Register deals only with requisitions issued for the performance of works by and for the convicts and military, requisitions for Colonial services being handled by the Colonial Storekeeper's Department. As the Ordnance Storekeeper upon its inception took over many of the functions and continued some of the records of the Commissariat Stores Branch, this Register is a continuation of NRS 1339 Commissariat Stores Branch series Register of approved requisitions fulfilled, 1832-35.The series shows requisition number and date, date when requisition received, name of department or establishment requiring the articles followed by a list of the articles with quantities of each and the date of issue of the articles as well as remarks which include the name of the person who signed the requisition and a note of the Governor's approval.(4/420). 1 vol.
