[Individual measurements] Permeability determination (fluorescein leakage assay)

This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where human organotypic alveolar and bronchial cultures were exposed to e-vapor aerosols or cigarette smoke.
The membrane permeability of alveolar tricultures was assessed by measuring the leakage of sodium fluorescein from the apical side of the culture to the basolateral side using a multimode microplate reader (λex: 495 nm; λem: 519 nm; Fluostar Omega)..
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
