Raw and processed data for indentation experiments on laser structured tinned copper

The raw dataset comprises two distinct types of measurements: · Folders (1) and (2) contain .lext files corresponding to the characterization of indentation marks on as-received and aged material, respectively. These files are in a proprietary format used by the Olympus LEXT OLS4100 measurement software. All associated images and geometrical data are extracted directly from these measurement files. The metadata are included in the files. · Folder (3) includes the raw data from electrical contact resistance measurements, provided in .csv format. The units used are amperes (A) for current, millivolts (mV) for voltage, and milliohms (mΩ) for resistance. All files across the folders follow a standardized naming convention: type_date_sample_measurement-specifications, where the sample name is structured as material-periodicity-tilt angle-number. The prefix T denotes samples from the as-received material, while S refers to those from the aged material. Additionally, Raw Data_Paper Indents.xlsx contains processed data, obtained through geometrical evaluation of the .lext files and processing of the .csv files.
