Experimental Logs and Results for "Fix-and-Propagate Heuristics Using Low-Precision First-Order LP Solutions for Large-Scale Mixed-Integer Linear Optimization"

This data entry contains logfiles for the numerical experiments as presented in 'Fix-and-Propagate Heuristics Using Low-Precision First-Order LP Solutions for Large-Scale Mixed-Integer Linear Optimization'. We supply our evaluation scripts in scripts.tar.xz. The experimental evaluation from section 4.1 'MIPLIB experiments' and appendix A 'MIPLIB2017 results' can be reproduced using the miplib files: miplib_fix_and_propagate.tar.xz miplib_fix_and_propagate_tiebreak.tar.xz We supply known optimal values and nonzeros for all miplib instances in our set of miplib permutations in miplib_obj_perm.csv and miplib_nnz_perm.csv. Logfiles and experimental evaluation for section 4.2 'PDLP vs. IPM performance on large ESOMs' can be done using the files in esom_bar_vs_pdlp.tar.xz. These files are also used to obtain the dual bounds used for the ESOM instances for the evalutation in section 4.3. Lastly, the results used in section 4.3 Large-scale ESOM experiments and appendix B ESOM results are available in the files: esom_fix_and_propagate.tar.xz esom_gurobi_1_percent.tar.xz All .tar.xz files contain README files explaining how to evaluate the individual logfiles. We additionally supply the log files of our cuOpt runs from appendix C cuOpt heuristics-only results in miplib_cuOpt.tar.xz esom_cuOpt.tar.xz Code availability: The source code used for this experiments, referenced in the scripts as fp_main, can be found on GitHub.
