Integrative Therapie – neue Wege einer Humantherapie in der Lebensspanne. Das „erweiterte“ biopsychosoziale und entwicklungszentrierte Modell moderner Psychotherapie

Der Text stellt wesentliche Entwicklungen der Integrativen Therapie zwischen „Tradition und Innovation“ vor im Kontext des sich entwickelnden Feldes der Psychotherapie. Die Herausforderungen der Neurobiologie, von der Integrativen Therapie seit ihren Anfängen mit den Arbeiten Lurijas u. a. beachtet, und der Komplexität der spätmodernen Lebenswelt verlangen neue Wege der Behandlung und Förderung, etwa eines „organizing and facilitating“ von Lebensstilveränderungen, den Einbezug einer „philosophischen Therapeutik“, das Aufgreifen von „vernachlässigten Themen“ wie Friedfertigkeit, Trost, Bossartigkeit, Wille in der Praxis der Behandlung. Integrative Therapie wird als „proaktiv“ orientiertes Verfahren dargestellt, das sich auf künftige Entwicklungen im Bereich der Therapie im Interesse ihrer Partner, der Patienten und Klientinnen vorzubereiten bemüht ist. The text presents significant developments of Integrative Therapy between „tradition and innovation“ within the context of the developing field of psychotherapy. The challenge of neurobiology, being taken up by Integrative therapy since its beginnings with the work of Lurija a. o. und the complexity of the life world in late modernity is asking for new ways of treatment and fostering, e. g. of “organizing and facilitating” of lifestyle changes, using “philosophical therapeutics”, taking up neglected themes as peaceful mindedness, comfort, evil mindedness, will power essential for the practice of treatment.
