Studies on the mechanism of coloration in the pericarp of Cornus officinalis at different developmental periods

Using young fruit, middle fruit and mature fruit of Cornus officinalis as materials, metabonomics and transcriptomics techniques were used to analyze the pericarp of Cornus officinalis at different development stages. Discovery of key genes that may be involved in anthocyanin accumulation,providing insights into the mechanisms of anthocyanin accumulation and pericarp coloration during pericarp development.
