资源简介:
Data from: Steger et al. (2021): Non-indigenous molluscs in the Eastern Mediterranean have distinct traits and cannot replace historic ecosystem functioning. Global Ecology and Biogeography: https://doi.org/10.1111/geb.13415 Contains: Abundance data - four .csv-files with abundances of molluscan species at various shallow subtidal soft and hard substrate stations on the Israeli Mediterranean shelf. See Supporting Information Appendix S1 for details on stations and their locations, station names, and a key to sample codes. Rows in the files represent samples, columns species. Assemblage component types: Living and death assemblage samples are marked by a capital 'L' and 'D' in their sample name, respectively (e.g.: Ash25Lna, Ash25Dna). Native assemblage components contain 'na' in their sample name (e.g. Ash25Lna, Ash25Dna), non-indigenous ones 'al' (e.g. Ash25Lal). See Appendix S2, sheet 'Metadata', for a detailed explanation of assemblage component identifiers. Species are listed by alpha-numeric species codes. A key matching these codes to taxonomic entities is provided in Appendices S2 and S4, second sheet. Data resolution: The files 'abundance data_hard substrates.csv' and 'abundance data_soft substrates' contain data at replicate-level resolution. Sample names consist of a sample code (see Table S1.1, Supplement S1; e.g. S16_1Lna), followed by a suffix representing a combination of a sequential replicate number (e.g. S16_1Lna, S16_2Lna, etc.) and the assemblage component identifier (see above; e.g. S16_1Lna).The files 'abundance data_hard substrates_station aggreg.csv' and 'abundance data_soft substrates_station aggreg.csv' provide the same abundance data aggregated at station-level (i.e., data pooled across replicates). Sample names here represent a combination of station name and assemblage component identifier (see Table S1.1 in Appendix S1, and the key in Appendix S2). Fuzzy coded trait matrix - The file 'traits_all spp_raw scores .csv' contains fuzzy trait scores for each molluscan species present in our samples. For a key to traits and trait modality codes, see Appendix S1, Table S1.3. For an explanation of the trait scoring system used, see Methods (main article).
