Description: This record contains the raw research data supporting the study "Circadian typology is related to resilience and optimism in healthy adults". Study Overview: The dataset comprises psychometric and sociodemographic data from a large sample of 1,937 healthy adults. It investigates the relationship between individual differences in circadian preference (chronotype) and positive psychological resources. Key Dimensions Measured: Circadian Typology: Measured via the reduced Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire (rMEQ). Resilience: Measured via the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Optimism: Measured via the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R). Cofactors: Comprehensive data on age, sex, employment status, education level, and consumption of stimulant substances (caffeine, nicotine) and other habits. FAIR Compliance & Open Science: In accordance with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) and ANECA's requirements for the 2024 sexennial call, this repository provides: Dataset.csv: A non-proprietary, machine-readable format ensuring long-term interoperability. Dataset.sav: The original SPSS data file, including variable and value labels for direct replication. README.txt: Detailed metadata and a comprehensive data dictionary. Anonymization and Ethics: All data have been strictly anonymized. Personal identifiers (including emails and timestamps) have been removed or masked to ensure participant privacy and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
