We selected a typical farming area in the peak cluster depression: Guohua Karst Ecological Experimental Station, southwest China, as our study area, and used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the effects of 4 dominating tillage models on soil BCS and functions. By assessing the environmental effects of different tillage models, we aim to provide a scientific reference for evaluating the suitability of tillage models and their ecological safety.
